Call it good genes or the result years of martial arts discipline, but the original Karate Kid, Ralph Macchio still looks fresh-faced at 51.

Ralph would go on to star in three Karate Kid films, as well as feature in the film My Cousin Vinny and more recently, TV's Ugly Betty.

The star may have a few more lines around his eyes 30 years after The Karate Kid debuted, but that's about it. He's now married with a son of his own, appropriately named "Daniel" after his role in the iconic 1984 film.

Currently touring the UK to promote his role in Hitchcock, the upcoming biopic of director Alfred Hitchcock, Ralph is part of a stellar cast including Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren and Scarlett Johansson.
