Application of these Terms of Use

The HWW network of websites ("HWW Web Sites") is owned and operated by HWW Pty Limited (ACN 003 076 104) ("HWW"). Your access to the HWW Web Sites is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the HWW Web Sites (known collectively as "Terms of Use"). Your use of, and/or access to, the HWW Web Sites constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. HWW reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms of Use, because they are binding on you.

Intellectual property and restrictions on use of Content on the HWW Web Sites

All information, text, material, graphics, software and advertisements on the HWW Web Sites ("Content") is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. 3. Use web-accelerated browsers or products, or other applications that are capable of copying large portions of Content from the Site. HWW can detect the use of these systems through live logfile analysis and will ban any future use by offenders;
4. Use any device, software, routine or the like to interfere or attempt to interfere with any Site functionality;
5. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure;
6. Use any e-mail addresses appearing on the Site for purposes not relating specifically to the Site; or
7. Access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by HWW, or attempt to access any area of the Site to which your access is not authorised.

User Posted Material

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant HWW and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant HWW and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate our site's policies and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify HWW or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. HWW has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. HWW takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Third Party Advertisements

All third party advertising and referral buttons containing hyperlinks on the HWW Web Sites are paid for by the relevant third party advertisers and are not recommendations or endorsements by HWW or its respective directors or employees. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HWW and its third party suppliers exclude all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating in any way to the content included on the HWW Web Sites and /or any use of the HWW Web Sites. Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use which may not be lawfully excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, HWW's liability for breach of the warranty will at HWW's option be limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or the payment of the cost of having that service resupplied.
