More of a psychological study than a thriller, but engrossing all the same. The style is flashback/present/flashback etc, and reveals more and more about what actually happened to make Martha act the way she does. The acting was good from all the major cast, and overall it was an insightful look at cults. There is only just enough plot to carry the movie forward, but if you bear with it you'd make it to the somewhat indifferent ending. I kinda liked it, despite its slowness.
