On a Friday night after a drunken house party with his straight mates, Russell heads out to a gay club, alone and on the pull. Just before closing time, he picks up Glen, but what's expected to be just a one-night stand becomes something else, something special. That weekend, in bars and in bedrooms, getting drunk and taking drugs, telling stories and having sex, the two men get to know each other. It is a brief encounter that will resonate throughout their lives.

Top stuff.10/10.moving,tear jerking towards the end. seen it twice.. I'm straight and not attracted to drugs but still was moved by the poignancy. Now have a greater awareness of the alternate lifestyle..All gays and straights would benefit. from a viewing.

Good acting but dissapointing Stereotypical gay storyline involving drugs, alochol and casual sex

One is a romantic, the other a cynic, but both are hardcore recreational drug takers. I was a bit disappointed that (until their final scene together) both were drunk, stoned and coked out of their minds whenever they were honest with each other. Storyline could've been written by a first year film student, but the acting and cinematography were both excellent.
